A Refund, if any, of a player’s Team Fee rests with sole discretion of the Board.
In no event, however, shall the Board authorize any refunds for monies paid for uniforms, Spirit Wear, equipment or for Scheduled Activities in a player participated or had an opportunity to participate.
Furthermore, no refund of a player’s Team Fee or Player’s Expenses shall occur if extenuating circumstances do not exist.
Extenuating circumstances are defined as a season ending injury, medical condition, or player(s) family transfers out of the Chicagoland area.
In these instances, a $50 administration fee, plus applicable training or tournament fees will be deducted from the original fee, and the balance shall be refunded to the player(s) family. If the player has a balance of funds still owed to Naperville White Sox, the refund due to player(s) will be deducted from refund.
In all other situations families will only receive a refund once their player is replaced on the roster by another player, families will receive a refund for the amount of money the new player pays to join NWS team.
